Grown at altitudes 4,500 feet or higher. A medium to full-bodied coffee, distinctively aromatic, lively and tangy with soft acidity and an almost spicy/smoky flavor. Widely considered to be the perfectly balanced coffee.

We roast our beans at a level comparable to a FULL-CITY or AMERICAN. This allows each variety of bean a medium roast with the option of a lighter or darker roast. We commonly get requests for an extra light roast or an extra dark roast. We are happy to accomodate individual preferences just make a note at checkout on the Roast style you would like.
