Grown in the High Sierras of Southern Mexico. A light to medium-bodied coffee with a pleasantly sharp, acidy tone, and a lightly nutty flavor & aroma. Delicate. It’s a flavorful cup. This coffee has turned out to be one of my favorite coffees.

We roast our beans at a level comparable to a FULL-CITY or AMERICAN. This allows each variety of bean a medium roast with the option of a lighter or darker roast. We commonly get requests for an extra light roast or an extra dark roast. We are happy to accomodate individual preferences just make a note at checkout on the Roast style you would like.
