Papua New Guinea is far and away our top single origin seller. High mountain grown in the mountains of Papua New Guinea. We buy the Specialty Grade AA Tribal that is organic and fairly traded. It is simply delicious. Slightly sweet with a hint of nuttiness. Well rounded, especially with a bit of cream. Highly recommended to coffee drinkers of all palettes. We roast our beans at a level comparable to a FULL-CITY or AMERICAN. This allows each variety of bean a medium roast with the option of a lighter or darker roast. We commonly get requests for an extra light roast or an extra dark roast. We are happy to accomodate individual preferences just make a note at checkout on the Roast style you would like.
