A medium-bodied coffee possessing a smooth richness, fine tangy aroma and lively acidity which is never aggressive. Produces a well rounded cup, and brings out the best in other beans when used in a blend. Peru is also a recommened single origin espresso depending on the region and the crop conditions for that year.

We roast our beans at a level comparable to a FULL-CITY or AMERICAN. This allows each variety of bean a medium roast with the option of a lighter or darker roast. We commonly get requests for an extra light roast or an extra dark roast. We are happy to accomodate individual preferences just make a note at checkout on the Roast style you would like.
