Tanzania Peaberry Organic

The term Peaberry refers to the shape, which is very small and whole bean, rather than the raw coffee beans we are used to seeing which are fully developed coffee “cherries” that split into two halves. Every coffee tree produces the regular large coffee cherries along with 4% to 7% of every crop developing only to the “Peaberry” size. Hence, this makes Peaberries much less available and considered somewhat rare. Peaberry coffees render a flavor that is concentrated and offers a livelier cup, full body and distinguished aroma. The prized Peaberry grade assures that you are getting ready to enjoy a coffee bean of high integrity and a roast of unmatched uniformity. Harvested on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro near the Kenyan border, this gourmet African coffee displays many of the characteristics of Kenyan coffee, though much lighter in acidity.
